The town's crowned heraldic shield appears at the centre bottom of the vignette. Denomination numerals '10' are set within dotted circular cartouches at the upper left and right corners, and two text panels in Fraktur script at the lower corners record historical inscriptions regarding the town's founding and elevation to city status. |
