The central text panel states the redemption period from 1 June to 30 November 1920, followed by the manuscript signature of the Bürgermeister (mayor). To the right, a rectangular vignette displays the denomination numeral '10' above the inscription 'HELLER' within a ruled cartouche. An anti-counterfeiting warning is printed along the lower margin.
