| Obverse description | Printed in dark rose-red on white paper, the obverse is divided into three registers within a decorative floral and guilloche border. Two oval vignettes flank the central text cartouche: at left, a couple in traditional Austrian peasant costume dated 1790, and at right, a couple in period dress dated 1820. The central cartouche carries the issuer inscription in ornate script lettering. The denomination numeral '10' appears in circular panels at lower left and right, with 'HELLER' inscribed on ribbon banners between them. A cornucopia and harvest vignette occupies the lower centre, with a designer credit reading 'L. Haase Lin.' at lower centre-right. |

Below, two lines of verse in ornate script read 'In Kleingeldnot und Kriegesleide, ward ich gedruckt zur Sammlers Freude.' A block of text in German states the conditions of issue and the redemption date of 30 November 1920, with the denomination numeral '10' in a sunburst circle at lower centre. The Bürgermeister's facsimile signature appears at lower right. The whole is framed within a geometric and foliate letterpress border. |
