| Obverse description | Printed in green on cream paper, the obverse carries a central vignette of the Böheimkirchen parish church with surrounding buildings and foliage, set against a chequered background. Decorative foliate scrollwork ornaments flank the vignette on either side, with the denomination numeral '10' in bold within dark oval cartouches at each upper corner. The denomination and issuer title appear in letterpress along the top, with a liability clause and date '20.V.1920' printed in small type beneath the vignette, above three manuscript signature lines. |

| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in green on plain cream paper and carries only typeset text, with no pictorial vignette or ornamental borders. The text sets out the legal basis for the issue, stating that the municipality of Böheimkirchen, Lower Austria, issues these vouchers to alleviate the small-change shortage, that the note is redeemable only until 30 November 1920, and that counterfeiting will be prosecuted. The imprint of the printer 'Sommer, St. Pölten' appears in small capitals at the foot of the note. |
