Reverse description Central device depicts a facing gazelle or antelope head emerging from dense vegetation, with long curved horns extending upward toward the top of the field. Flanking the animal are stylized stalks of maize and millet, symbolizing the agricultural wealth of the region. The entire composition is enclosed within a decorative inner border of alternating beaded and floral motifs. The engraver's signature 'GBL. BAZOR' appears in small letters at the lower left of the central design, and the date '1957' is inscribed along the lower exergue.
