Popis líce	Within a beaded inner circle, a large capital 'N' surmounted by an imperial crown occupies the central field, flanked on either side by the denomination '10' to the left and 'F.' to the right. The design is rendered in a bold, primitive siege-coinage style consistent with emergency military manufacture. The peripheral legend encircles the entire design between the beaded border and the coin's milled rim.

Popis rubu	Within a beaded inner circle, a vertically oriented sword is flanked by a crossed musket and cannon arranged diagonally behind it, all enclosed within a laurel wreath. A monogram, likely that of the commandant, appears at the base of the central design. The date '1813' is inscribed in the lower exergual area. The encircling peripheral legend reads the siege declaration, separated by dot stops, in the same crude but legible engraving characteristic of this emergency issue.
