| Obverse description | A circular vignette at left centre contains an intaglio portrait of the goddess Minerva in three-quarter view, helmeted and in classical dress, set against a fine guilloche underprint. The denomination DIX FRANCS is printed in large red letterpress at centre, flanked by the numeral 10 at each side margin, with a blank oval cartouche at upper right reserved for the serial number. Two signature lines reading Le Caissier Général and Le Directeur Général appear below the central denomination, with the full bilingual redemption text set in a rectangular panel at the bottom. |
