Beschrijving voorzijde	The national coat of arms of Niger occupies the central field, depicting a shield flanked by two crossed national flags with spears, and supported by a decorative ribbon scroll bearing the legend REPUBLIQUE DU NIGER in the lower portion. The legend INDEPENDANCE arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 10 FRS and the commemorative date 3 AOUT 1960 are inscribed in the lower field beneath the arms.
