Obverse description Hungarian-language camp voucher printed in black and red on white paper, with a red guilloche floral border framing the entire note. The denomination numeral '10' appears in four dark circular cartouches at each corner. At the top centre, an oval wreath medallion bears the validity restriction inscription in Hungarian. The central text panel states the issuing authority 'Cs. és K. Hadifogoly-Tábor / Zalaegerszeg-Tábor' above the large gothic-script denomination 'Tiz fillér', followed by an explanatory text and the date 15 August 1916. Below, three facsimile signatures over their respective role titles flank the Austro-Hungarian imperial coat of arms with the motto ribbons 'INDIVISIBILITER' and 'INSEPARABILITER'; the printer's imprint '"Globus" Budapest' appears at lower right.

At the top, the series designation 'MS40' and a serial number appear flanking the central oval wreath medallion bearing the German validity restriction. The central panel carries the German heading 'K.u.K. Kriegsgefangenenlager / Zalaegerszeg-Tábor' above the large gothic-script denomination 'Zehn Heller', with an explanatory text and the Russian Cyrillic denomination 'ДЕСЯТЬ ГЕЛЛЕРОВЪ' set in red flanking the date line.
