Below, the text states legal validity until 10 kolovoza (August) 1919, with the issue date 'Osijek, 10. lipnja 1919' and the title 'Gradski načelnik' (City Mayor) accompanied by a manuscript signature, followed by a further approval notice referencing the Ministry of Finance decree of 5 svibnja (May) 1919.
