GRADA OSLJEKA' is set at the top, followed by the denomination 'sa 10 filira' in large display type at centre. Below, the text states legal validity until 10 kolovoza (August) 1919, with the issue date 'Osijek, 10. lipnja 1919' and the title 'Gradski načelnik' (City Mayor) accompanied by a manuscript signature, followed by a further approval notice referencing the Ministry of Finance decree of 5 svibnja (May) 1919.
