| Description de l’avers | The obverse features an artistically unified composition evoking the subterranean grandeur of the Slovak Karst, with stalagmites from Domica Cave, pendant stalactites and delicate straw formations from Gombasecká Cave, and an aragonite formation from Ochtinská Aragonite Cave positioned in the lower right field. Framing the cave elements is a Gothic pointed arch, symbolising the architectural and natural heritage of Slovakia. The coat of arms of the Slovak Republic is positioned to the right, with the denomination legend 10 EURO inscribed in two lines above it. The issuing country name SLOVENSKO appears along the lower margin, followed by the year of issue 2017. |

| Description du revers | The reverse presents a richly detailed depiction of a dripstone formation from Krásnohorská Cave as the central design element, accompanied by representations of rare cave fauna indigenous to the Slovak Karst: a springtail, a niphargus crustacean, and a bat. The legend JASKYNE SLOVENSKÉHO KRASU is inscribed in the upper portion of the field, with SVETOVÉ PRÍRODNÉ DEDIČSTVO appearing on a second line below it, referencing the UNESCO World Natural Heritage status of the caves.
