| Opis awersu | Central motif is the Madara Horseman (Мадарски конник), a UNESCO World Heritage-listed early medieval rock relief carved near Shumen, depicted as a right-facing mounted warrior thrusting a spear downward toward a prostrate lion beneath the horse's forelegs.
