Obverse description Central field features the Czechoslovak state coat of arms: a shield bearing the double-tailed Czech lion rampant, with the Slovak patriarchal cross on an inescutcheon on the lion's chest. To the right of the shield, a decorative linden sprig with blossoms and leaves is depicted in the Art Deco style characteristic of engraver Jaroslav Benda. The circular legend REPUBLIKA ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ arcs along the upper periphery within a beaded border, while the denomination numeral 10 and the date 1933 appear at the lower periphery separated by a cross.

Reverse description Saint Wenceslas, patron saint of Bohemia, is depicted as an armored equestrian figure riding to the left, holding a banner staff and a sword, rendered in a stylized medieval manner. A small heraldic eagle shield appears to the right of the horse in the lower field, and a decorative linden sprig occupies the lower center below the horse. The engravers' initials B·O·Š appear at the bottom of the field, referencing Jaroslav Benda and Otakar Španiel. The circular legend NEDEJ·ZAHYNOUTI·NÁM·I·BUDOUCÍM arcs along the upper periphery within a beaded border, with the date of Saint Wenceslas's martyrdom +929 inscribed to the left of the rider.
