| Obverse description | Armored bust of György (Georg) Rákóczi I facing right, wearing richly embossed plate armor with an elaborately decorated gorget and a ruff collar. He holds a scepter over his right shoulder, while his left hand rests at his side. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine engraving detail emphasizing the articulated armor surfaces.
