10 Ducats - Aureus Magnus Lüneburg

This is not a federal issue — the "Aureus Magnus Lüneburg" was a privately produced restrike or commemorative medal piece, not legal tender of the Federal Republic. Lüneburg's salt trade made it one of the wealthiest cities in medieval northern Europe, and the original ducats it once issued reflected that prosperity.
