| Descrizione del rovescio | A bold six-pointed cross with elaborately stylized lily terminals at each arm dominates the reverse field, rendered in high artistic relief with graceful curvilinear forms. At the center of the cross, within a cartouche, the Roman numeral X appears above the denomination inscription DUCAT. The fineness mark 980 is engraved at the base of the cross, just above the lower legend. The surrounding peripheral legend is divided, with SIGNATUS AD PRETIUM AURI CONSERVANDUM arching across the upper portion and AUREUS MAGNUS along the lower portion, each separated by ornamental stops. |
