| Obverse description | At left, a large allegorical vignette in intaglio presents a standing winged angel or Nike figure accompanied by a seated female allegorical figure and a small cherub below, rendered in a classical academic style. At right, a circular guilloche medallion frames the Greek royal coat of arms with a lion's head ornament below. The central text panel carries the bank name, denomination, date, and three manuscript signatures of the Governor, Royal Commissioner, and Treasurer beneath their respective titles. |
