正面描述	The obverse displays the official seal of the Republic of the Marshall Islands at centre, depicting a traditional Marshallese stick chart (rebbelib) in the lower field, flanked by an outrigger sailing canoe to the right and palm trees to the left, with a frigate bird above and two crossed traditional implements in the upper field beneath a radiant sun. A decorative chain border encircles the entire design. The legend REPUBLIC OF THE MARSHALL ISLANDS arcs across the upper periphery, while the Marshallese national motto JEPILPILIN KE EJUKAAN curves along the lower periphery, with the denomination $10 and date 1995 flanking the seal.
