| Obverse description | The national coat of arms of the Republic of Namibia occupies the central field, flanked by two oryx as supporters, each facing inward toward the shield. An African fish eagle with wings displayed surmounts the shield as crest. A scroll below the shield bears the three-part motto UNITY · LIBERTY · JUSTICE. The entire device is encircled by a continuous beaded border, with the legend REPUBLIC OF NAMIBIA arcing along the lower periphery and the date 1995 appearing in the exergual area beneath the scroll. |
