At upper centre, the issuer title 'CHATHAM ISLANDS / NEW ZEALAND' appears in bold letterpress above a central vignette of a colour-printed albatross head set against a multicolour rosette guilloche underprint, with the denomination 'TEN DOLLARS / ONE THOUSAND CENTS' overprinted in large type. To the left, a circular iridescent holographic foil disc is affixed, while the right side carries an intaglio portrait vignette of a second seabird within a wreathed oval frame; two facsimile signatures of the Director of the Corporation and Secretary of the Treasury appear at lower centre above the series designation '3RD SERIES 2001B'. |

The reverse is printed in green with an elaborate engraved border incorporating palm tree vignettes at lower left and spiral Maori-style ornaments at the corners. The central field carries a large full-colour iridescent holographic vignette of Ade Jacobs, World Champion Wrestler, shown in both portrait and full-body action poses against an abalone-shell iridescent background. To the right, a circular medallion contains a ghosted portrait inscribed 'WOYTEK'S WARRIOR'. The denomination numeral '10' and the word 'TEN' appear in the central field, with 'OFFICIAL MILLENNIUM FIRST / CHATHAM ISLANDS NOTE CORPORATION' lettered along the lower margin and the printer's imprint at the very foot. |
