| 裏面の説明 | The central device features a full-color reproduction of the world's first adhesive postage stamp, the British 1840 One Penny Black, depicted with its characteristic black ground, the left-facing laureate effigy of Queen Victoria, ornamental corner stars, the inscription POSTAGE at the top, and ONE PENNY at the foot flanked by plate letters H on either side. The stamp image is rendered in faithful black coloring against the gold field of the coin. Arcing above in two concentric legend lines are the inscriptions FAMOUS STAMPS OF THE WORLD and ONE PENNY BLACK.
