Aanvullende informatie

Birkhall, the Scottish estate on the Balmoral grounds, served as the honeymoon destination for Charles and Camilla following their April 2005 civil ceremony at Windsor Guildhall — the first marriage of a British heir apparent to a divorcée since the abdication crisis of 1936. This commemorative was struck two years after that event, part of Pobjoy's broader program of issues for smaller Commonwealth territories marking moments in the royal calendar that the Royal Mint itself declined to commemorate officially.
