Beschrijving keerzijde Detailed architectural relief of the facade of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, depicting a close-up section of the Gallery of Kings and upper portal zone. The composition features a row of richly carved Gothic pinnacles and colonettes forming the upper gallery, above a cornice decorated with foliate and geometric ornament. Below, the arched tympanum of a portal is visible, adorned with intricate tracery and a large rose window oculus filled with quatrefoil patterns. The stonework is rendered with exceptional sculptural precision, capturing the layered depth and Gothic ornamentation of the cathedral. This piece is the seventh in a series of fourteen tiles designed to be assembled into a complete panoramic depiction of Notre-Dame's facade.
