The architectural elements — including the colonnade of fluted Doric columns, the entablature, and the stepped stylobate — are selectively gold-plated, creating a striking two-tone effect. Above the central design, a globe-and-orbit emblem appears flanked by the inscriptions GREECE to the left and ΑΚΡΌΠΟΛΙΣ in Greek script to the right, with WORLD MONUMENTS inscribed beneath the globe.
