The outer legend REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA runs along the upper and lower periphery, with the date 20-02 divided to either side of the shield.

背面描述	The reverse features a bold colored blue arc at the top of the field bearing the legend ECU in raised lettering, flanked by a ring of twelve five-pointed stars referencing the European Community. The word GREECE is prominently inscribed in large raised letters across the center of the field. To the lower left, a helmeted male bust — evoking a classical Greek warrior or historical figure — is depicted in relief, while to the right stands a detailed rendering of the Parthenon, the ancient Athenian temple on the Acropolis. The denomination $10 appears within an oval cartouche at the base of the design.
