The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank serves eight member territories — Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines — and issues coinage on behalf of all of them collectively, a monetary arrangement that has been in place since 1983.
