To the right, a large Gothic archway frames a standing episcopal or royal statue grasping a sceptre. The composition employs a selective mirror-field polished proof finish to emphasise the architectural relief. The Slovak legend ZDVOJENÉ TOČITÉ SCHODISKO, meaning 'double spiral staircase', is inscribed along the lower and right periphery of the coin. |
