| Obverse description | Uncrowned right-facing effigy of King Charles III with natural hair, rendered in high relief after the portrait by engraver JC (Jody Clark). The legend CHARLES III is inscribed along the left arc, NIUE along the upper arc, and 10 DOLLARS along the right arc, all in capital letters within a beaded border. The engraver's initials JC appear in the lower right field beneath the king's neck truncation. The date 2026, flanked by two raised dots on either side, is positioned in the lower exergue. |

| Reverse description | The Czech Lion, the heraldic symbol of the Czech Republic, is depicted passant in high sculptural relief at the centre of the field, wearing an elaborate royal crown and holding a double-tailed serpent in its raised right forepaw. The lion's musculature, flowing mane, and extended claws are rendered with exceptional detail. The legend ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA arcs along the upper left periphery, while the inscription 1/4 oz · Au 999.9 arcs along the upper right, all within a plain raised rim. The mint mark of the Czech Mint (ČM) appears below the lion's feet at the base of the field, and the letter D is positioned in the lower right field. |
