| 裏面の説明 | The reverse features a rectangular cartouche, framed with decorative borders, containing a frontal enthroned effigy of Charlemagne (Carolus Magnus) in full imperial regalia, holding an upright sword in his right hand and an orb surmounted by a cross in his left hand, wearing an ornate crown and richly decorated robes. The inscription CAROLUS MAGNUS appears within the cartouche beside the figure. To the left of the cartouche, the legend ACORD ANDORRA arcs vertically, and to the right C.E.E. 1991, commemorating the customs agreement between Andorra and the European Economic Community. The denomination 10 Diners is inscribed prominently below the cartouche in large lettering. |

Andorra lacked a mint of its own and issued no coinage at all until 1982, when the first domestic series appeared — struck entirely under contract by foreign mints. This 1992 piece honors Joan Martí i Alanis, the Bishop of Urgell, one of the two co-princes whose joint sovereignty over Andorra dates to a pareage agreement of 1278. The customs union referenced in the title reflects Andorra's long-running negotiation of its relationship with the European Community, which culminated in a formal customs agreement with the EC that entered into force in July 1991.
