| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse features a large, stylized Arabic calligraphic composition in the center of the field, incorporating the word 'Kuwait' in an artistic script. To the upper right appears the State of Kuwait coat of arms — a falcon bearing a shield with a traditional dhow on waves — flanked by the Arabic legend 'دولة الكويت' (State of Kuwait) along the upper rim and the Latin legend 'STATE OF KUWAIT' to the left.
