| Obverse description | The Tunisian national coat of arms occupies the central field, depicting a shield divided quarterly with a sailing ship above the sea in the upper portion, scales of justice on the lower left, and a lion passant on the lower right. A crescent and star device surmounts the shield at the top. Two decorative arabesque ornaments flank the shield in the left and right fields. The denomination '10 دنانير / 10 DINARS' is inscribed in the lower field, with the circular legend 'الجمهورية التونسية' in Arabic running along the upper rim and 'REPUBLIQUE TUNISIENNE' in Latin along the lower rim. |
