Arabic inscriptions identify the issuing authority and denomination, with guilloche underprint patterning across the field. Ibn al-Haitham, widely regarded as the father of modern optics, is honoured here in recognition of his foundational contributions to the science of visual perception. |

Arabic legends identifying the denomination and issuing bank frame the central vignette. |
