A five-pointed star surmounts the emblem at the apex. The bilingual legend arcs around the periphery in both Cyrillic and Latin scripts, reading СФР ЈУГОСЛАВИЈА at the top and SFR JUGOSLAVIJA at the bottom, separated by decorative dot ornaments at each side. A continuous beaded border frames the entire design. |

An olive branch rises from the lower left and an oak branch from the lower right, their stems tied together at the base with a decorative ribbon, framing the value below.
