| Obverse description | Pink-tinted note with a fine guilloche underprint throughout. At centre-left, the National Coat of Arms of North Korea is set within a circular vignette, to the right of which the large numeral '10' and the Korean character '전' appear; a serial number in alphanumeric format is positioned at lower left with the year '1988' at lower right. The issuing bank's name in Korean script runs along the bottom, while the legend '외화와바꾼돈표' (foreign currency exchange certificate) extends across the top and the denomination '십전' is rendered in a bold panel at lower right. |
