| 裏面の説明 | Central shield bearing the Dutch coat of arms — a rampant lion facing left, crowned, holding a sword aloft in the right paw and a sheaf of arrows in the left, set against a horizontally lined field — surmounted by the royal crown with pearl band and floral ornaments. The denomination is divided on either side of the shield, with '10' to the left and 'C.' to the right, both in bold relief. Decorative floral or heraldic ornaments appear at the lower flanks of the shield. The design is crisp and characteristic of mid-nineteenth-century Dutch pattern coinage. |
