| Obverse description | Central device consisting of a stylized tulip plant rendered in a bold, simplified Art Deco manner, featuring a single upright tulip bloom at the apex flanked symmetrically by two lateral tulip buds on curving stems, all rising from a common stalk with splayed leaves at the base. Two small pellets appear at either side of the central stem in the mid-field. A scrolled ribbon banner in the lower portion of the field bears the legend NEDERLAND incuse, framed within a raised inner circle bordering the entire composition. |
