| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse reproduces, in greatly enlarged format, the classic design by Canadian sculptor Emanuel Hahn that has graced the Canadian dime since 1937, depicting the celebrated fishing and racing schooner Bluenose under full sail on calm waters. Selective gold plating highlights the schooner, the water, and the coin's milled edge cord, creating a striking two-tone contrast against the frosted silver field. The legend CANADA appears above, while the denomination 10 CENTS and the date 2015 are inscribed in the lower field, accompanied by the designer's initial H. |
