| 背面描述 | The reverse displays a coiled dragon in profile occupying the central field, with a flaming pearl before its mouth. A stylized mountain motif appears below the dragon, serving as a distinctive variety marker for this Kiangsi provincial issue. An outer beaded border frames the design, with the English legend encircling the dragon identifying the province and denomination. The dragon is rendered in the standard late Qing mechanical engraving style, with scaled body and cloud wisps. |

Kiangsi's copper cash issues of this period emerged from the provincial mint at Nanchang, established as part of the Qing government's late-reform push to modernize token coinage and displace the centuries-old cast cash system. The "mountain" variety — distinguishing this piece within the Y#152 grouping — refers to a small character addition that created at least two recognized die variants, catalogued separately as Y#152.1 and Y#152.2.
Kiangsi was not among the more prolific provincial mints, and output figures for this specific type remain poorly documented.
