| Obverse description | Draped bust of Princess Mother Srinagarindra (Somdej Phra Sri Nagarindra Boromarajajonani) facing slightly right, wearing spectacles, a decorative necklace, and a floral ornament on her garment. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine detail. A Thai inscription arcs around the lower portion of the field within a double ornamental border composed of floral and geometric motifs. The border is further accentuated by small rosette devices at cardinal points. |

| Reverse description | Central device depicts the royal ceremonial urn (phra men) flanked by two smaller tiered spires, all rendered in the traditional Thai architectural style and set upon an ornate tiered base. Below the central motif, the denomination '๑๐ บาท' (10 Baht) appears in Thai numerals and script, with 'ประเทศไทย' (Thailand) beneath. Further inscriptions record the commemorative occasion and date of the 90th birthday celebration. The outer border is decorated with a series of arrowhead or chevron devices forming a continuous decorative ring. |
