Obverse description Bimetallic coin depicting two conjoined busts in left-facing profile within the aluminium bronze centre: King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX) in the foreground wearing a suit and glasses, and King Rama V (Chulalongkorn) partially visible behind him. The copper-nickel outer ring carries the Thai-script royal names and honorifics flanking left and right, with the country name 'ประเทศไทย' (Thailand) inscribed along the lower arc and the Buddhist Era date '๒๕๔๘' (2548 / 2005) completing the legend.
