| Beschrijving voorzijde | The inner disc features a relief depiction of the official commemorative symbol marking the 20th anniversary of the Abkhazian people's victory in the Patriotic War of 1992–1993, set against a star-field background. The outer ring bears the Moscow Mint mark (ММД) at upper left, the denomination 10 ҦСАРК, the year of issue 2013, the metal designation Ag 925, and the weight 31.1 g arranged in the upper arc. The Bank of Abkhazia emblem appears to the right, while the inscription in Abkhaz script АҦСНЫ АБАНК occupies the lower mirror-finish field. A beaded border runs along the full circumference, separating the inner disc from the outer ring. |

Soslan Sosnaliev commanded Abkhazian forces during the 1992–1993 war against Georgia, a conflict that ended with Abkhazia securing de facto independence — recognised by almost no one outside Russia, Nicaragua, Venezuela, and a handful of Pacific island states. The Bank of Abkhazia issues coins like this one into a monetary environment where the Russian ruble does the actual work of commerce; these pieces are struck for collectors and diplomatic purposes, not circulation.
The apsar denomination itself was revived specifically for commemorative coinage, named after a medieval unit of account used in the region.
