A central cartouche carries the denomination inscription in large Nastaliq calligraphy, flanked by two circular medallions at left and right; the upper portion bears a tughra-style royal cypher at centre left and the Afghan seal at centre right, with additional Dari inscriptions above and below the central vignette. |
