| Opis rewersu | Dominated by a large colour-printed bust portrait of Khubilai Khan facing slightly left, rendered in a painterly style evoking classical East Asian portraiture, depicting the Great Khan in traditional robes with a dark cap. To the upper field, the Latin legend KHUBILAI KHAAN arcs along the rim, with the dates 1215-1294/1260-1294 inscribed immediately below in smaller lettering. To the left of the portrait, a Traditional Mongolian script inscription identifies the subject in vertical columnar script. To the right, a finely engraved intaglio depiction of a Chinese junk under sail occupies the middle field, with the mint year 2015 struck below it.
