Obverse description	Intaglio portrait of national hero Frans Kaisiepo occupies the centre of the note against a violet guilloche underprint, with a map of Indonesia and decorative Papuan motifs to the right. The Garuda Pancasila coat of arms appears in the upper right corner alongside the inscription "EMISI 2016" and "NEGARA KESATUAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA". The denomination "10000" is printed in large numerals at upper left, with two facsimile signatures below — those of the Gubernur and Menteri Keuangan — and a vertical electrotype security band at the right edge.
