| Beschrijving voorzijde | The central vignette presents the heraldic shield of Baden — a diagonal golden band on a field — held aloft by two spread-winged eagles, set against a light guilloche underprint in green and ochre tones. Two ornamental scroll cartouches flank the central arms: the left inscribed with the payment promise text and the right bearing the counterfeiting penalty warning, both in letterpress. | Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse is dominated by two finely engraved portrait busts in profile facing each other at the centre: a male figure wearing a broad-brimmed hat on the left, and a bare-headed female figure with flowing hair on the right, separated by an intricately knotted Celtic-style interlace column. The portraits are framed by an ornate border of scroll and rope motifs with the denomination "10000" repeated in teal numerals at the sides and along the upper and lower margins.
