| Obverse description | Irregular egg-shaped flan with a recessed oval central field, entirely finished in gold-plated proof surfaces. The lower portion of the field bears the curved legend 'REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN • 10000 FRANCS CFA • 2023' incuse in Latin script, following the contour of the coin's base. The plain, unadorned field above the inscription serves as the presentation face of this sculptural issue, with a raised border rim framing the recessed interior. |

| Reverse description | A highly detailed, fully three-dimensional sculptural effigy of Green Tara, the Bodhisattva of compassion, rendered in the round in gold-plated silver with extraordinary relief. The deity is depicted seated in the royal ease posture (lalitasana) upon an ornate double-lotus throne with elaborate petal detailing, adorned with an intricate crown, jewelled necklace, and richly embroidered robes with fine chased detailing. Her right hand rests upon her right knee in the gesture of supreme generosity (varada mudra), while her left hand is raised at chest height in the gesture of refuge, holding the stem of a lotus blossom. Flanking the figure are two large blossoming lotus flowers on curved stems rising at either side, and the overall composition reflects traditional Tibetan Buddhist iconographic conventions executed with exceptional sculptural craftsmanship. |
