Description de l’avers	At left, a vignette of a young person's bust; to the right, a hologram patch is affixed, followed by the national coat of arms at centre. Cowry shells and a pineapple appear toward the right side, set against a guilloche underprint. Denominations and issuing authority inscriptions frame the design.

Description du revers	The central vignette presents a pastoral landscape of a grain field in the foreground with a backdrop of leafy trees under an open sky; at the far right stands the iconic rock formation known as the 'Lady of Mali' on Mount Loura. The design is bordered at top and bottom by decorative geometric bands in burgundy and teal with traditional motifs, and the denomination numerals '10000' appear at lower left and right flanking the full French inscription.
