Slightly off-centre to the right stands the Hungarian national coat of arms, commonly known as the Kossuth Coat of Arms. The facsimile signature of Dr. Imre Oltványi, Governor of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank in 1946, appears within the design. The legend HETVENÉVES A FORINT and the date 1946 complete the inscription, commemorating the seventieth anniversary of the Forint. |
