The facsimile signature of Dr. Imre Oltványi, Governor of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank in 1946, appears within the design. The legend HETVENÉVES A FORINT and the date 1946 complete the inscription, commemorating the seventieth anniversary of the Forint. |
